I know it took a while for me to get to my problem, but I wanted to try and explain the process I've been going through to get where I am in case there's a problem in my process.

I've been making the codes to put the Pokemon in PC Box 2 Slot 1, but for some reason a Bad Egg appears in PC Box 1 Slot 30 too. The problem though is that, in addition to making the Pokemon I want, the codes are also making "Bad Eggs" for some reason. I have been able to create all the Pokemon I've wanted to so far though. Now, it doesn't always work the 1st time I turn on the codes for some reason, so I've had to try them a few times before they finally work.

I've also been using AR Crypt for the Anti DMA code you apparently have to use with these codes for them to work with Fire Red/Leaf Green/Emerald. What I've been doing then is using AR Crypt to make the code compatible with the Master Code I'm using for Fire Red (which I got off GSCentral). I'm using a Gameshark SP (looks like this), but since the GSA code lines are 16 instead of 12 (Gameshark SP lines are only 12 characters long), I've been using the CBA code. It gives you 4 options for the code you want to create (VBA, CBA, GSA and ARv3).

Just search through the trainer classes until you find the battle youre looking for, and edit away :) The included offsets.ini file will allow you to edit the data even if youve re-pointed or changed the number of trainers in each class Download Link. This is the process I've been going through. This tool will allow you to modify the Pokémon team of every normal trainer in the game. I have been able to create some Pokemon, but it's also creating some "Bad Eggs". I just wanted to find out first if anyone here was even familiar with Ciro's Pokemon Maker. Second method is much more tricky but worth it imo.I know.

Once you have your full party with perfect IVs and attacks you save and load the game to GBA4iOS via for example iFunbox. Run around and fight wild pokemon for a bit and come back to the box if any eggs turned to Pokemon or actual eggs. Do this several times for different Box slots. If you're done put the code in on your Visual Boy Advance. Set items, shiny status, IVs, attacks, nature etc. Non mais tu as le Ciros Poke Maker pour faire. The pokemons IVs and nature will be random though. Save and load the game data to your app via for example iFunbox. Put in the AnyPokemon master code/pokemon code, shiny mastercode/code and of course the level code if you don't want to manually level up your pokemon. Use VisualBoyAdvance for your PC, it's much easier.
I rekt my game that way several times because the Enable/Disable system does not always work correctly. Now, I made my team about a year ago and I would recommend you first of all not to cheat in GBA4iOs directly. Try to find something that truly suits your characters personality.)
